By accessing or using this site and its associated city server, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Eligibility
- You must be an active participant in the server and meet any age or account requirements.
- You play using a legally obtained copy of Grand Theft Auto V ©
- Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You are responsible for maintaining your account security and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Compliance with External Terms
- Users must comply with the FiveM Terms of Service and Rockstar Games Terms of Service.
- Violations of FiveM or Rockstar's terms may result in account suspension or permanent bans from both the city server and external platforms.
3. Acceptable Use
- Users must comply with all city rules, server guidelines, and applicable laws. These can be found on our rules page.
- Harassment, cheating, trolling, griefing, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
- Any content you submit (messages, applications, designs, roleplay content) must not infringe on the rights of others.
- Users may not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics in-game or on the website.
- Administrators may remove, modify, or limit access to content that violates these rules.
4. Ownership & Content
- All city assets, logos, MLOs, scripts, and in-game content remain the property of the server.
- Users retain ownership of original content they create but grant the server a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for in-game, promotional, or educational purposes.
- No content shared on the server or site may be reproduced, distributed, or sold outside of the server without explicit permission.
5. Donations & Transactions
- Any donations are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- Payment methods are limited to those provided by Tebex and official channels.
- Users are prohibited from scamming, trading, or selling in-game content for real money unless explicitly allowed.
6. Account & Access
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for inactivity, rule violations, or misconduct.
- If an account is inactive for extended periods (30 days or more), certain privileges, ownerships, or properties may revert to city control.
- Access to the site or server can be revoked at the discretion of the administrators, without prior notice.
7. Liability
- The site and server are provided "as-is."
- The server is not responsible for lost items, in-game disputes, financial losses, or other personal consequences.
- Participation is at your own risk.
- Administrators are not liable for downtime, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.
8. Enforcement & Dispute Resolution
- Any violation of these Terms of Service or city rules may result in temporary or permanent bans from the server or site.
- Disputes should be reported to staff using official channels (Discord support ticket, in-game report).
- Decisions made by city administrators regarding rule enforcement are final.
9. Privacy
- Personal information collected on the site (such as in-game names, emails, IP addresses, or Discord IDs) is used only for administrative purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their personal information and login credentials.
10. Updates
- These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.
- Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version.
- Continued use of the site or server constitutes acceptance of any changes.
